You can order your prescription by returning your tear off slip to reception, or post it to us at the surgery, with the items you require ticked on the slip.
You can also order your repeat prescription on line via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Electronic Prescribing
If you would like your prescription to be sent direct to the pharmacy of your choice, you will need to nominate your choice of pharmacy either at the pharmacy or at the practice. Only one pharmacy can be nominated at any one time and no further paper prescriptions will be issued.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
