Join the Dots is a support and information service to help improve health and wellbeing for people aged 18+ who have or have had a cancer diagnosis, their family, friends and carers.
Physiotherapy Assessment
The physiotherapists are now offering assessment appointments to any patients with new problems. You do not need to see the GP to make an appointment.
Please ask for a form at reception or you can download the form below.
